Can you send me a brochure?Unfortunately we can not send you a brochure as we source our products from a wide range of manufacturers to ensure we offer you the best possible range of architectural lighting and control products so there are too many to choose from. However, if you have any questions on the range of products please give us a call or drop us an email.

How long does delivery take?Standard Delivery is 3-5 days exc. Weekends & Public Holidays) – Mainland UK Notes: We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, please note that all our deliveries are subject to stock availability. Some products may be delivered directly by our supplier, so they may take a few days longer to deliver. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take a little while longer to arrive. Please see our delivery section further down this page for more information. Please note that we don’t work on bank holidays and weekends. Those deliveries will be affected. However, you’ll always be notified of any delays to your delivery at the time of ordering - or very shortly after.

Do I need to assist the driver with my delivery?No, the driver will deliver your packaged items to your door. The driver is not insured to take them inside your house so you will need to arrange to get the items to the room your need them in.

What if I am out when the delivery arrives?The delivery driver will attempt to deliver the item to you (or a neighbour), if this is not possible they will leave a missed delivery card with details on next steps. If you have any issues, please get in touch and we will try to help resolve them.

What details do you need from me?We operate a Data Privacy Policy regarding the information we receive from you. When you place an order we obviously ask for certain information including your name, delivery address, payment details, email address and telephone number. This information allows us to process your order and keep you informed of your order status. Kazzar Express (Kazzar Lighting & Controls) does all it can to protect your personal information from loss, damage, disclosure, misuse or alteration. Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Kazzar Express (and our dispatch partners). We need the address you'd like the goods delivered to (this needs to be the same as the cardholder's address), your email, your telephone number and some payment details. We use the email to send you confirmation of your order. We take your phone number just in case there's a problem with your order and we need to contact you urgently.

Will you pass my details to other companies?We will only use your information for handling the order you place. This will mean we need to share your information with our supply partners (e.g. suppliers, couriers). They will not pass your details to anyone else.
