Standard Delivery (3-5 days exc. Weekends & Public Holidays) – Mainland UK*

£7.99 when you spend under £100

£ 7.99 Express Delivery (1-2 days exc. Weekends & Public Holidays) – Mainland UK* No minimum spend required.

£9.99 2-5 Day Delivery (Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands - see below for details) No minimum spend required.

  • We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, please note that all our deliveries are subject to stock availability.

  • Some products may be delivered directly by our supplier, so they may take a few days longer to deliver.

  • Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take a little while longer to arrive. Please see our delivery section further down this page for more information.

  • Please note that we don’t work on bank holidays and weekends. Those deliveries will be affected. However, you’ll always be notified of any delays to your delivery at the time of ordering - or very shortly after.


Tracking your order

You can track your order by following these steps:

Check your email for a confirmation of your order. This email should contain a tracking number.

Go to the website of the courier service that is delivering your order.

Enter the tracking number in the appropriate field on the courier’s website.

You should be able to see the status of your order and an estimated delivery date.


Further help/advice

Please do not book an electrician until you have received your order and had the chance to check its condition. This will help you avoid needless call-out charges in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or that items are missing. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any charges from contractors in the unlikely event that your order is delayed, damaged or that the product you have selected is not suitable for its intended purpose.

If you receive damaged goods, please inspect your order within 24 hours of arrival and report any damage to us within 14 days. We’ll be happy to address any problems and help with the return and replacement of your order. You can take a look at our Returns Policy for further information on how to request a replacement or return goods to us.

Returns Policy

To return products that are unsuitable, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you by suggesting suitable alternatives and arranging an exchange or providing a returns label for you to send the item back to us. Once you receive the returns label, you will have 14 days to return the goods to us.

For a successful return, please ensure that the unwanted goods are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Carefully re-package the products using the same packaging materials they were delivered in, and make sure all components are included. When opening your delivery, handle it with care and avoid resealing boxes with brown packing tape or writing on the packaging. If the returned packaging is excessively damaged, we reserve the right to deduct up to 30% from your refund to cover handling costs.

Upon receiving your return, Kazzar Express will credit you the full price paid for the goods within 14 days. However, please note that you will be responsible for the returns delivery charge for items deemed unsuitable. We will deduct this charge from the refunded amount. Rest assured, we will inform you of the returns cost before issuing the returns label to you.
